Looking at the Microsoft documentation, it states the same thing. But after talking with a Microsoft support person, they dug deep into the response group and how it worked with a load balancer and found out that this wasn't really the case. Microsoft knows about this and hopefully they update their documentation and notify their hardware load balancing partners to do the same. It really wasn't an F5 documentation issue per se.
